preparing to stand put is still preparing......

;-)

Still think we need Piatti / Allesandrini level winger though if Ivan can be Valot thats good.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Where did he say this? Would love to read the fine print.

So what was Pusetto? Was that more about RB happening to spot a nice bonus investment while scouting Kaku, than them actively looking for the 3rd DP the NY operation needs to get over the hump? It always seemed like the former to me, as there was never a mention of other transfer targets.

This ownership...

...Things have been ramped up obviously, so were prepared. And weve never been this prepared to be honest. Benjamin, our head scout, we have now a scouting team and we love it. We are more prepared than ever. Of course, we look around the field and were looking to improve. We have some options...

Probably Pusetto's agent driving up his asking price by feigning interest in NY. I'd hope we made a serious effort but not sure there was ever much actual interest from Pusetto.

We beat NYCFC in a Round of Who Cares US Open Game... we're all set for a MLS Cup Run six months later. Nothing to worry about it. This is the year!

How many months ago was that? We've seen the regular season dominance before. Acquiring a Will Bruin / Patrick Mullins level bench forward would go a long way to alleviating concerns.
