happy anniversary! I'm very glad this site is still around. i come back often and have been lurking long enough that (unless I'm mistaken) this place used to be called Metrofan instead of Metrofanatic and used to feature a chatroom!
even if I made both those things up, i definitely didn't make up teenaged me awkwardly meeting the man himself in the Giants stadium parking lot (escorted by my dad) to buy both the black and the red Johnnie Walker (however he spelled that) shirts. the black one served me faithfully until only a couple of years ago!
Are we still invited to media day? lol

So MetroFanatic - was it Bigsoccer when we first started? I don't remember. I just remember splitting off into Metrofan years ago & renaming it to Metrofanatic. I also remember the post about the ship being renamed and you keeping this site Metrofanatic instead of RedBullatic, lol.

My favorite was always trying to guess in what way Seth Stammler would look like a crackhead. Except for one year, he never disappointed. Yeah, Media day was always a highlight.
