There was a video of some of the players checking on the guy after the game. He seemed to be a pretty good sport about it and was no worse for the wear.

Rumor he had concussion and required eye surgery. Take with a huge grain of salt given that I don't give much weight to this 'source.'

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Don't worry guys. We'll trot out Bezecourt at #10 again versus the Galaxy and all will be forgotten.

Kaku has quickly developed proficiency in English!

Lmao that's really weak.  I'll take it though.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Hopefully we start winning without him. He needs to be shown that he is replaceable

That is what started his hurt feelings after being subbed off against Santos Laguna in CCL.

Why are we so unlucky with SA signees and DC just the opposite? If I was GM, the first thing I would do is poach their SA scouts!

Kaku was killing it when he first got here under Marsch. I and like many other were loving it that finally RB was spending money on players. Cant put my finger on what it was under Armas, the formation, or what, but he didnt become as impactful in games after that summer.

Something has gone terribly wrong. Yeah I when your compare him to Acosta, DC handled it better. We still dont know what America was offering RB for Kaku, but I understand if they rejected the bid if it was less what they had invested in. Kaku should have understood that and hopefully came back better to prove bidders.

Did I miss the long run of great Latin American signings DC made in the past decade? Acosta was the first one they hit on in quite a while and even then they mishandled that situation and are gonna lose him on a free transfer in the summer?

There was a rather long gap between Christian Gomez and Luciano Emilio to Luciano Acosta.
