Makes absolutely no sense. We just signed Meara to a new contract.

TSM for agonizing bad luck and self-destruction in the crucial moment.

For agonizing self-destruction during transfer windows: TSRB?

Training at Barnsley but has a 0% chance of moving to the UK.

Anyway, Bono sucks so much that he lost his job to Quentin Westberg, and he's way too expensive. There's no reason to bring him in.

It should always be TSM, as it was created.
People still say Penny Wise And Pound Foolish,
even though the USA created the US Dollar in 1792.

The dollar itself was named after the thaler.

Don't think he's expensive now.

I think this is good.  Not crazy about Meara to begin with but even if you like him, he's shown a tendency to get hurt so we need a legit backup.

Meara is gonna be #1. Don't mind bringing a veteran for the backup spot although not a priority and Bono is to expensive for the backup role, could fill that spot much more easily.

Anyone know why we didn't just elevate Louro to MLS backup? Why we cut ties with him altogether? He was very solid in the USL.

Something here about people in the Arctic having many different words for snow. Our agony comes in so many flavors, but I guess the essence of TSM is self-created bad luck in big moments, which this offseason certainly could be a setup for, if they last minute add just enough players to get us hoping it maybe??! won't be the same old suck.

Yeah i thought Louro was good when i saw him but I didnt watch as many USL games as others.  I think there is a very high probability we draft a goalkeeper with one of our earlier picks.

Drafting a GK will mean that he'll be in the reserve/development part of the 1st team roster, right where Nealis is.

Alex Bono is a darn good goalkeeper assuming he can get back to where he was a couple of years ago. Some say he is weak in distributing the ball. But as shot-blocking goes, he is excellent. For a team without glaring deficiencies elsewhere that have to be addressed first, he would be a great pickup.

I haven't listened to U2 in a while but isn't this guy a little too old for us?

I hope we don't draft a goalkeeper. He would be 4th choice (hopefully, don't want MacIntosh as 2nd choice) and that should be an academy player.
