If tonight's display repeats against the Scum on Sunday they're going to destroy us.

I'd be lying if i wasn't worried for Sunday, what with that sleepwalk in chicago.

So many fans are acting like our squad is invincible, when they haven't proven to be consistent throughout the season. We're not a team on the level of LA Galaxy. We just aren't. I hope we'll be able to pull it together and use the short format of the MLS Playoffs to our advantage, but let's not pretend that Jesse Marsch is Bruce Arena or that our club's stinginess is equal to the Gals' extravagance.

Start Veron.

I agree, while I've liked what Grella has done and loved that he started all this while, he was poor vs Chicago.

I definitely was to see Veron start and woikd like to see SWP start as well.

But most importantly NY need Perrinelle next to Miazga. Zubar was rushing too much on the ball and looked so slow on the laat goal. Looked like he was gonna close in but didn't het there and then accem or Johnson got the cross off.

Zubar is not good.

Peri please start.
I just want Metro to win a title sometime in my lifetime.

It was a 2 v 1 I'm not sure what you expect him to do.

We have had seven and six game unbeaten streaks this season... Guess how many games you need to go unbeaten to win MLS Playoffs?

Not that there's ever any optimism here after a loss, but you guys are flipping back to "doom and gloom" especially quickly after this last one.

My sig continues to define us.  Just Beat DC!  It a 6-pointer.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

he wanted to close in on Accem but was too slow.

Something similar happened with Miazga and Igboananike but Miazga has nore speed and took a better angle and well timed tackle.

Perrinelle looks faster than Zubar. I feel Zubar is just not up to par.

i thought the game vs Chicago was winnable.

I'm hoping Marsch goes with what has proven to work and that is Perrinelle and Miazga and starting Veron and SWP.

This game vs the scum is huge. A win here here puts Metro two points out and puts pressure on the scum to not let any points slip by them yet they are also playing CCL.

It wasn't Metro's best game vs Chicago but if they play like they've been playing before during the win streak I do think theu can beat anyone.

Not much argument. We will see Perrinelle and I hope Grella sits and Sam gets a much needed night off. He looks like he has nothing left

When's the last time we had two back to back stinkers like that? 2009? I'd expect us to come out sharper on Sunday.
