Using a senior international spot on a kid who turns 18 in a month. They must really like him.

Not even Cristiano Dyero saw that one coming

So another long-term project and not someone who can contribute from Day One.....the roster needs cleansing for NOW!

"We look forward to his continued development within our environment....our goal is to help him improve, continue to develop, and learn our style of football."

They aren't even pretending he's a day 1 contributor, like they did with Jorgy.

According to this article, he's had "several" Champions League teams watching him.

Further research indicates that he trialed with Atletico Madrid. Seems like a pretty serious youth talent. He has the same agent as Cassares which probably plays a role in our ability to snag him.

Im happy about this. If his development is fast, he can become and important contributor like Casseres did.

Of course we need senior signings too.

Cool, so then if he's not a Day 1 contributor then this signing isn't going to be what stops their pursuit of a big signing.
