Except he was basically non productive for maybe 10 games before the injury

We went 1-4-1 in the 6 MLS games he played (and 2-2 in the CCL), don't think that's all on him. He's always heavily reliant on service and we weren't creating a whole lot early in the season.

His offensive stats look decent if you look past the 1 goal in 6 full games raw numbers. https://www.whoscore...Wright-Phillips

I guess we'll see in the next couple of months.

DC away game, then the SJ away game. those were his last 2 goals from last season, iirc.

I think BWP wants to take the Henry track. Knows it's late in his career and wants to drop back and be a playmaker rather than the goalscorer. Henry did that for us but I just dont think BWP is capable of doing it.

Especially when we have a guy like Kaku, which Henry did not have.

If an aging sack of soccer balls named wondo can consistently score in MLS, Bwp should have no trouble picking it back up once he's back to full fitness
