This reminds me of the LA Kings soccer kits they sell at Clipper games.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing you were being sarcastic, but...

Has there been a LARS soccer kit been made before? If so, must of been before my time or if I missed it, I must of been in a drunken haze. Will any be produced?

Personally, I believe that the simplest explanation is the likeliest. When LARS announces on Facebook that there's a limited run of an item, everyone and their mama guesses what it is, or suggests what they want, I don't believe anyone as ever said soccer jersey, they ask for caps, beanies, track jackets, scarves, everything... except soccer jerseys... it's just too obvious.

That, and nobody ever wants a cheap looking jersey made from dazzle material and everyone will want them in Galaxy colors (a combination not easily found in mass produced jerseys)...

I'm still surprised there was a demand for a hockey jersey.

Think of it this way. It was the same thing as a chant. Someone came up with the idea it, planned it out, and others went along with it.

Since it's pre orders only then had only one person wanted it only one would have been made. It's not a big deal, like the LARS gear that's produced in large numbers for selling.

There really should be.

Several LARS affiliated teams have made jerseys, and there were some prototype looking things Skinner or Tommy Mack had at one point, but no full scale run of Riot Squad soccer jerseys to my knowledge. I was trying to arrange one anyone could get and asked about getting graphics help years ago but that was a pretty one sided conversation... I ended up just making the FC Lot 13 shirts instead. I still think that is a brilliant and proud name and I wear those shirts almost every time I play pickup with you fools. Any other shirt just feels like I am wearing someone else's clothes. They are getting a little threadbare and snaggy at this point though.

I am having a great time kidding around about the hockey sweaters, and am glad the idea got this far. That said, I think an official legit Riot Squad soccer jersey (home and away) is long overdue, and would be really popular.
