What was the offer by Vancouver? I could see us offering $450K, $650 might be a stretch.
$250K? Similar to Lawrence?

How do you offer $450 to Parker, and  $250 to Taxi and Long?   That's Sean Davis money.   They are all even about the same age.   It gets tough.   I don't know how they sort all that.

we'll get a lot of allocation money if Tyler is indeed gone next month.  hopefully it's enough to cover our backline.

Plus, dont we get Garber bucks if we end up qualifying for CONCACAF Champions League via winning the MLS Cup?

Free agents have more leverage.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I mean this is all assuming Parker and Long dont head to Europe. I have a bad feeling this situation could remedy itself.

I doubt either could qualify for a work permit in the UK.
Could either obtain an EU passport?

(Shrugs) There always seems to be a super secret rule allowing good players to leave. UK probably not. They would have had to play in what? Is it 50% of national team games now? Forget that. The rest of Europe? Thats the multi million dollar question.

Theres a lot of leagues outside the UK.

Those leagues limit the number of non-EU players. Competing for the few slots are South Americans, Balkans & Africans.

Murillo could be sold in the offseason. This July the rumor was PSV offered $2m. We would receive $650k in allocation $$ if Murillo is sold. The allocation $$ is higher for Adams when he is sold, since he is a HG.

Rivas is hopefully sold for something to Atletico Nacional.

Collin "could" stay but he he'd have to take a pay cut.

Rza might stay, he might not, he's on loan from one of the RB teams and has a high salary.

No idea if Fidel stays, you'd imagine that he'd like starter minutes somewhere.

Cap goes up about $300k next yr anyway, but I expect a few RB2 guys to backfill the 1st team roster.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Not always - that's why Uber is still here, IIRC

True I thought for sure he was a goner. Does Jamaicas ranking follow him all over Europe? Is that really why he didnt make the jump?

Murillo for $80,000 is such a steal.

$89K totsl, but still a sin.

Collin "could" stay but he he'd have to take a pay cut.

I would prefer not to see him on the squad at all.

Cap goes up about $300k next yr anyway.

Actually, only $200K, to $4,240,000.

Of, course, there is lots of funny money.
2017 league average was >$370K.
LAFC 2018 payroll >$13.4M!
http://www.latimes.c...0511-story.html
RB total comp <$8M for all 30.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
