For sure, I think that MLS playoffs should be 6 teams each conference  I know the almighty TV dollar will never let that happen...

I dare to say that there shouldn't be playoffs

That's what the US open cup is for

When sitting back, Davis can be asked to hustle and Cassares will be asked to protect Royer and back and end any attack on that flank and make some runs at time forward but he can also squeeze inside and shoot from range but his main thing would be to protect Royer's back and try to change the point of attack to the right flank...

But allow Kaku to drop to the middle and Clark to find space to go from the flanks inward and chance to shoot.. With Duncan charging down the flank

Actually good suggestion. By shep
Sit CCJ and Kaku as they are out 2 playoff rounds due to a international call up and quarantine
Need. To get best team we use on playoffs playing together

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

I think it'd be crazy to expose the team and not play their best....

You want to try to stretch out the season not play a lesser lineup and therefore being pushed into rushing into a game that can end the season days earlier as opposed to having more season left and more time to prepare for the playoffs .. I think it'd be smarter to push for 6th giving more time to get prepared for a win all season deciding game...

If you can get past the first round of the playoffs.. Meaning the Roond 1 and not the play in round and make it to conference semifinals then the real playoffs start and this year I think it's much more open.. And like any year getting on a hot streak now carries over and can get teams to finals...

Just got to go out and lay it on the line vs TFC... The beauty is that even if they fail they get one last chance but they really need to step up the intensity and more than anything think every game is a final from here out and try to play the match of their life week in week out from now on

No reason not to field our best team for each game.
If all goes well, the pieces fall into place.
Winning Sunday should mean no play-in game.
Finishing 6th should mean a rematch in Hartford,
instead of a play-in W meaning a trip to Orlando.
Perhaps Orlando gets upset. Who knows?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Really don't want that rematch in Hartford, games on that "stadium" are a torture to watch.

Agreed... They got to go out with the mentality to win from here on out....

Wish the game was today

You would prefer a road trip to Orlando?

Wouldnt Columbus also need to win vs. Orlando City, Philly needs a win v. NE, and we would need to beat Toronto on Sunday in order for us to play a rematch in against Toronto in Hartford.

Yes.. And Orlando city have stepped up their intensity while TFC have been able to coast.. I'd rather play a team in the playoffs that has been maybe not playing as intense like TFC looks like....

Orlando will probably win this weekend and so will Philly... Metro have to do their part and win...

Odd no Royer but ok with no Kaku or CCJ

Well, Royer got his 50th. Good number to go out on.

I'd much rather have Royer over Barlow.
