it's what Seattle's gonna be doing in a sense, hop on a plane, travel 6 hrs and play wednesday.

I'd like central MF to be  Valot with Rza and Davis shielding the back 3/4.

Seattle absolutely blows right now so hoping we can get a win here.  Even without some of our big players.

Expect bunker and counter, as the best way for a weak team to steal a point, or more, against us.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Completely agree.  And that seems to be how Seattle has played under this coach too.  Basically everyone sit back, and they hope their few guys farther up the field can cause something good to happen.

we need to come out with 2 forwards to combat the bunk and counter.  our usual 4-5-1 has fallen flat against the bunk and counter, and i dont think we have enough bodies for the 3 ATB formation.

Adams off the bench for Rza or Davis in the 2nd half.

Is Kaku back for Philly ?
Rey Parker Adams

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

I like the 3-3-3-1 for this game too, just different personnel.  Added bonus is that it will keep Taxi from having to run like crazy too but also keeping him on the field.

I feel teams are going to start bunkering down against Metro and I think the 3331 would work well against a team bunkering down especially if you play a 3331 with only one true starting CB... And guys who are normally wide midfielders as the wing backs..
I just want Metro to win a title sometime in my lifetime.

Theyve only scored 7 goals thus far. Yikes.

Oof. We have more in three hours running at the smurfs!

i'm willing to chalk off the home loss to chicago as an anomaly and the home draw as...another anomaly.  but if we get anything less than 3 points against this dumpster fire of a seattle squad at home....i will be very concerned about our prospects for a 1st ever MLS Cup.

predicting a 3-0 win though.

2-1. They don't give up a lot of goals.

At least decent timing with Rza being healthy again.

anything less than 3 points against this ... seattle squad at home....i will be very concerned about our prospects

A more immediate concern is our USOC prospects.
We are 4-1-1 at home; many teams have similar records.
Seattle is one of ten teams with only one away win.
(CRapids are winless)

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
