Easy home win

Why has Muyl not made the 18 twice in a row? He had a run of a few good matches offensively.

Imagine you are a hockey team that just had your defense abused by Ottawa. Your next game is against the Bruins. Think that's an easy win?
Let's Go Buffalo!!!

Today was supposed to be an easy home win too lol

That's the joke, to an extent. :)

But also we rarely have two home clunkers in a row, so I don't think we'll suck as badly again in a week. We've beaten better teams than Toronto this year and at home we should always be favourites. Obviously no guarantees.

I do think some people tend to overreact on the latest week's result, every week. Losing to the Crew is embarrassing but it's just one game.

Hey, the good news is that I just saved 15% on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

This will be a dogfight - 7 points seperate 1-8 in the East
Toronto can get above the red line and send us below redline with win here.
Hope we bounce back

Luis and Armas said it best- we got complacent. Not enough fight.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Feels like a match we undeservedly win for no apparant reason.

This is the first match in probably years I'm kind of dreading.
Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Dreading in a different way. I expect to probably lose in the playoffs.

I hardly even want to watch the TFC game.

I do wonder how a team gets complacent when they've been consistently sucking dick for an entire season?

Armas specifically said in an interview last week that the team would NOT get complacent and look past Columbus.

Whelp...

Our no name - over achieving boys will show up and give 110% for this game.  Armas knows how to push the right underdog button.  Although we don't have the skill level as Toronto on the midfield and forward position, our defenders and overall high press scheme should save the day once again for us.

It is vital as a fanbase that we show up, maybe even bring a friend or two, and be as loud and supportive as you can, not just the support groups behind the south goal.  Money is not needed for this team to make the playoffs.  We are a money ball energy drink advertising tool team.

Personally, having RBNY as my team is still better than having nothing at all to support.

Completely agree.  Just feels like we'll get outplayed but find a way to win which we've done a bunch this season.  Or we'll lose because we deserve to but I'm willing to bet a lot of money that we come out 2nd this game in the expected goals measurement.
