Can we please stop with flooding every forum with the same announcements ? There have been only a few occasions where this has been necessary, and IMO it was well warranted. However, this is becoming common place, recently, and really serves no purpose other than killing all the forums as opposed to just one thread.

May I suggest, an "Announcement Thread", perhaps limited to the first XI( for posting and not for comments), at the top of the forum(s) ?

If people find this place important enough to check out, on a regular basis, they only need to look one place.
