Oh man, I was sipping on that beer all game so it was beyond warm. He also took a swig of a double vodka cranberry that had gone disgusting. He's an interesting fellow.

Well done guys, the chocolate answer was the best.

I think the Sampson answer was the best. Haters. Interesting people are interesting, though. I concur.

Chalky probably turned off the camera by then, but I also asked him what the "H" in his tattoo was for in case any of you were curious....It's in memory of a good friend of his that died.

Wow, Wikipedia and my memory really disagree with him being forced to wear a DC United shirt. I'm glad he's found a home here, of course. We're the Raiders, we take castoffs and make them champions, like Albright and Lalas and...um, er, Donovan...Cannon, hopefully...Shavar Thomas...Cornell Glen, he was nothing before he met us...who else...Tyrone Marshall, I suppose, although his team cast him off by ceasing to exist...I guess we're not the Raiders after all, never mind.

Chris's answer to the 4-3-3 question intrigued me because when I've been watching I was telling myself, "Looks like a 4-4-2 to me." I guess it does to Chris as well. Maybe Yallop calls it a 4-3-3 so LD can call himself a forward. Played like a great #10 in the last game, which was also mentioned by the FSC colorman. Anybody have any ideas why Yallop calls this a 4-3-3?

4. If you could have any other player in the MLS on your team who would it be? Why? (Andric)

That’s a good question. Christian Gomez, I think, has really shown himself to be quite a talent and having played with him in the All-Star game I know that he is a real good guy; a family man that comes in and does his job and is obviously a spectacular player. He could really help us in the center of the park.

Chris thinks I'm smart!! :P

Great job guys, I look forward to the next interview!

Good interview. Great job guys.

However, you forgot to ask him about buying beer for LARS. Sure it was Hartman who did it previously, so most are expecting Cannon to buy, but you could have asked something like this...

"In the past Hartman bought LARS a keg. Do you see these kind gestures happing again? (hint, hint)"

It could be a good way of ending the interview.

:D :pint:

does a 4-3-3 take some defensive responsibilty off of Landon? At least the way Yallop sells it to him so that he is "comfy"?

Yes it does, we're playing the style of 4-3-3 that has 2 defensive mids.

Good interview guys. I confess I was wondering what that tat stood for. I remember when he took the drink from Amy(?) and drank from it and I remember that she's tried to get other players to do it and none have. oh well. Great questions from the board.
