I got spit at by an obviously drunk chivas fan at the 1-1 match back in May. He missed, thankfully. This was literally 3 feet in front of a yellow jacket wandering the area, who didn't even think twice about the incident. I didn't react.
Also, haven't the Galaxians been beat up by Chivas fans before? -------------------- |

ramses can tell this story better than i can because he saw the whole thing. i was trying to break up the fighting. people seemed to be calming down. all of a sudden - wack. i was hit in the side of the head. I turned around to see who hit me and the guy ran away. it felt like a bottle. i'm not sure what he hit me with but it left a gash on my head. some african american guy with a hdc sticker on his shirt and a walkie talkie asked me if i was ok. i said yes and he just walked away. other people probably have better pics of it also. i was also with tommy mack when we tried to enter the stadium. when the chivas fan started throwing glass bottles i saw 2 yellow shirts say "lets get out of here" and ran away. -------------------- ...life is but a dream...

QUOTE(Ed The Zombie @ Sep 14 2007, 11:36 AM) -Walking into the stadium as many have stated. I was ahead of the pack and we stopped about 100-200 feet from the entrance. Words were exchanged, had a few of them come up to us to start shit(especially this roach with a pony tail), but we kept our cool. The Legion fans went on to throw I beleive 3-4 bottles at us. We were then escorted to the other entrance. -Walking out of the game I pass a single Chiva fan who begins calling me a faggot, this this and that. So I start mouthing off too, then the same guy with a pony tail gets in my face and we exchange words. Well three more guys start coming at me, and being a smart lad i walk away towards our boys, thats when those pussies begin backpeddling and calling their legion bitches to come. Thats when they gather together and we all know what happens after that. i second these two anecdotes as i was also there and saw it happen. just wanted to add that i saw them get on their cell phones and round their "troops."this blatant attack was all organized. this isn't a matter for security. this needs to be taken to carson pd. -------------------- "And if Cabanas does play in the World Cup with that bullet still embedded in his skull, I think he should automatically be declared the winner. So I tried to enter the north east gate too, I wasn't with the big RS group so I thought I could just stealth in and they wouldn't fuck with some dude rollin' solo, no RS or Galaxy shirt, not talking shit, not making eye contact.
Wrong. They grabbed my scarf and tightened it around my neck to try to choke me with it while some little prick coward with his scarf covering most of his face was kicking me repeatedly. I escaped that pod of scum and thought, maybe it's just some random rogue prick poser gangster wannabe ese's, nope, more shoving, more kicking, a few 'where you frooomm' and eventually my scarf, fastened pretty tightly around my neck due to the previous attempted lynching, was pulled off of my neck rather rudely. More shoving and eventual airlifted out by LARS brothers. Today I have a six or seven inch rug burn type abrasion around my neck from the scarf choke/pull (I have photos) I'm limping a bit and my left thigh is actually incredibly sore from the 4' 10"-hiding-behind-a-big-dude-while-kicking-kittens-a-whole-lot Chivas scum. He was like an evil little Tusken Raider all wrapped up in that scarf, kicking like a spastic. -------------------- I miss everything I'll never be.

Where are our friends, when we need them... ?
![]() (not taken last night, but I offer the above picture that the LACSD is good by me (us), IMO. She doesn't look very uncomfortable...) Sorry, I just posted (attempted) a couple of thousand words, with pictures, but then I fell asleep, standing up, and it all went away. I'm surmising that my head hit the keyboard. As I mentioned earlier, the POLICE have always been good to us. The "security" not so much. Frankly, they make me feel "insecure". I really didn't get on the email task because we (Kevin, Nikki and I) really never were fucked with, for the most part. I walked out with Kevin Payne and his new bride, Nikki. As we exited the stadium, from the NE exit/entrance, we saw flashing lights in the direction of where we park. I almost thought that they were tow trucks, ripping cars off Victoria, as they were when we attempted to park (or get into 13), three hours earlier. I suggested that the Paynes stop for some BWH and we walked towards the lot from there. I then recall myself thinking... "Oh no !" I'm thinking that Kev just might be thinking that there is some Millwall v. Hammers type stuff going on. When we got closer, we went towards the grass behind our cars. I asked them to hang tight. There were no signs of fighting or the like. The police asked if we could help keep our group "on the grass", where we usually are (hint, hint) and I said "sure". I think it was Skinner and I who were attempting to heed the police's request. I really didn't know what had transpired, at that point. My "hint, hint" is my suggestion that there was indeed a calculated effort on the part of those "other" fans who know damn well where we stage, every time. Hmm... For the record, I have no idea where "those" people stage. Speaking for myself, it has never been part of my interest to antagonize other fans. Just sayin'... Segway... After reading everyone's posts, today, scarves and the like, I then asked myself... "Self... What the hell happened to your scarf ?" I remembered that I gave my scarf to Klein. He was my MOTM, for whatever that is worth. Sorry, off topic. As I was recollecting everything I read on the boards today, I had one thought while I was driving home from work today... Kevin and Nikki, newlyweds, decided to come out and take in a couple of matches, as part of their honeymoon. What would have happened if Nikki got hit in the head by a bottle or something similar ? I'm not suggesting that her head is any less precious than any of yours (us), but really, what the FUCK ? Can you imagine ??? One of our greatest Galaxy Fan ambassadors, abroad, on his honeymoon, has a trip to see the Galaxy play the Chivas as part of their itinerary. I mean, to fly from England over here... nevermind... I'm still really pissed. By the way, Skinner, as a head check and as an honest barometer for those of you that think I was in a "usual" state, I owe you $20.00 for the scarf that you were kind enough to give me to replace the one I gave to Klein, for my personal MOTM. (FTR, THIS IS NOT SOP!) I'll see you guys and gals, Sunday. People don't understand, but I'm starting to be content with that. I hope everyone has gotten through last night's nonsense, relatively unscathed. -------------------- "JAM IT THROUGH HIS FUCKIN GRILL ...!"

You don't have to explain Shooter, it's obvious, they're our guests. After coming home last night I thought... wow, it's really nice that they pulled out the Mexican flag when they pulled off their bullshit, because that's exactly the image I want Kev and Nicki to have of Mexico and Mexicans.

Edit by Mods (S.Bones) - We took the link to the screencap of the Legion idiot's myspace down. If you do find stuff like this, please send the link by PM to me or Section18Hooligan. We want to add these to our collection we'll be forward to the FO and Security, but we'd really encourage ya'll not to try to track down the individuals who did this, which posting the links could lead to. Let's deal with this collectively.

Upon finally entering the interior of the stadium via the NE entrance, I was immediately surrounded by 9 Chivas fans who were yelling, "Hey you're the leader of the Riot Squad!" and blocked my way.
I said, "We have no leaders, and I'm not looking for trouble". They were saying things like "Why did you guys try to come in when we were there?" "Why you singing you hate Chivas? You can't do that!" And a bunch of other things... they were nin of them. "Because I do hate Chivas... and do you want to fuck with a priest?" "Ahhh you ain't a real priest, your just a punk about to get his ass kicked." All this time, of course, there was NO HDC staff or security of any kin and I couldn't get past. Finally, I flagged down some employee and said, "These gentlemen are causing a problem." The employee knew exactly what was going on and decided to escort me to 139, all the while we were followed and had all sorts of nice stuff yelled at me, the HDC staffer, and the Galaxy. They did not, however, continue when we got closer to the SE corner because of the heavier Galaxy presence. tm -------------------- It's only funny until someone gets hurt... then it's hilarious.

Bump.
Again, it is important that we gather all of our unfortunate experiences in one place. Even if you've already posted some things that have happened in other threads, please do it again here. The FO and HDC really are listening to us on this issue and we want to be able to make as strong a case as possible. -------------------- The natural state of the football fan is bitter disappointment, no matter what the score. -- Nick Hornby
