Any soccer book recommendations?
I've read and have a couple of good ones at home, if anyone is interested I could give them out.
How Soccer Explains the World is pretty good. The Miracle of Castel Di Sangro is about a Serie C2 club that eventually gains promotion to Serie B. Good reading.

Currently reading the Dougie Brimson book. Just started it, so not much thoughts yet. Calcio... Castel di Sangro is excellent. You will enjoy the whole thing.

I've lost track as to how many soccer books I own. The Brimsons penned quite a few books, and Harraby sold them at the original OB location. Tim Parks' book was good. I liked it better than Castel di Sangro. There's also "The Ball is Round" and big ups to JTex for that. Football Factory the book is different from the movie.
RIP Guillermo Romulo and Alexander Francis Orig.

The Steven Gerrard Autobiography was an excellent read and I would definately recommend it.

"Bloody Confused" By Chuck Culpepper.
I'm halfway through this book and I like it. And most of the things said in the book are really interesting on how football in England differs from football in America on a cultural aspect. I'd recommend it.
