Who ya got? Mayweather or Marquez?

I think floyd wins by k.o. in the 9th round

if mayweather had a warm up fight, i would think mayweather would destroy marquez. but, seeing that mayweather hasn't fought for almost 2 years, i am not so sure about this one. i think marquez might squeak this one out . . .

who knows, it is so hard to measure a fighter that doesn't stay busy.

I would love nothing more than to see him get knocked out. He is basically the antagonist from Rocky VI...with that said he's still gonna win...like Mason "The Line" Dixon did in Rocky VI

Clearly Marquez was the better fighter tonight. His movement was better. He created numerous opportunities to take control of the fight. He was done in by the failure of the American to bring the fight to him. He obviously sat back waiting to only counterpunch and provided no flair. I don't care if he won all 10 rounds. If he comes to fight at Azteca, there is no way he wins.

Money was just toying with Marquez. Boring!!!!

Mosely desparately trying to get a fight in the post match interview. Max got punked. All of it seemed kinda scripted.

Bring on the MEGA fight!!!!

Fucking boxing. Two boring ass fights on back to back weekends. I knew Arreola was gonna get peppered by Vitali but this fight just sucked balls. Fucking boring ass heavyweight division. Why do I fool myself into thinking that boxing is exciting? I'd rather see Rampage vs Evans. Fucking A-Team. Fuck Fuckity Fuck Fuck Fuck.

^^^^ That's what I want to see. Two fighters who come to actually fight not run away the whole time. I love Cotto's style but I think Manny can beat him because he is just a little beast.

pacman in a KO. i don't think cotto has a chance . . . that being said, i won't be paying to see this fight on the 14th, as all HBO folks get it included in the programming one week later.

i am looking forward to seeing manny destroy cotto on the 21st ;)

Cotto is a true welterweight and I think he will pose a big challenge for Manny.

Manny has been very distracted and unfocused leading up to this fight. There are signs of complacency that are showing in his training sessions.

If Cotto can keep from getting his eye busted in the early rounds, I can see this one going the distance...

If you're not creepin', you're not trying...

Not excited about the Pac vs Cotto fight in any way. But i'm with dhines, I'll watch it for free on the 21st.
Free fights on Spike will probably be more entertaining.

Mayweather can't keep running forever

He'll jab and run the whole fight leading to a victory. It sucks, but thats how he's gotten his wins.

Technically Mayweather is one of the greats. However, people that like to see actual fights hate him. Remember early in his career how he was so pissed that HBO pimped fighters like Trinidad, Hamed and de la Hoya? Floyd would bitch every interview that he wasn't getting respect. People respect you Floyd, they just don't like watching you fight.
