We are looking for 4 people to pre-test an online survey about photo processing.

We need one in each of the following categories:

- Ordered photos online and fulfilled their order by mail
- Ordered online and fulfilled in store
- Ordered in a retail store and fulfilled in store
- Ordered in Walgreens and fulfilled in store


Testers must:
- Be 18+
- Not work in a sensitive industry (photo processing, advertising, research, etc.)
- Have printed 4x6 photos in the past year

The survey is about 25-30 minutes long. We would like them to take the survey sometime this weekend 7/22-7/24 and be available for a quick de-brief Monday 7/25. The incentive for this pre-test is $25.

We are looking for 3-4 people to take a 10 minute phone survey with a 5-10 minute de-brief immediately following.

Incentive for this pre-test is $25.

Qualified respondents:
• Must have primary or shared responsibility for the electricity bill at their place of business.
• Monthly electricity bill at their place of business must be at least $2,000.


We would like to have these people take this survey Monday between 10am-6pm.

We are looking for 3 respondents to help pre-test an online survey. Participants will need to complete the 30 minute survey on Friday morning and be available for a 30 minute phone debrief after that (preferably early in the day) for an incentive of $40.

Respondents may qualify if they:
1. Do not work in market research, advertising, pharmaceuticals, or as a physician, nurse, pharmacist or medical professional
2. Are age 21+
3. Have had a sprain, strain, or bruise/contusion in the last 6 months
4. Did one of the following to treat their LAST sprain, strain, or bruise/contusion
• Used a home remedy such as ice, heat, or massage
• Used a topical or oral treatment available over-the-counter without a doctor’s prescription
• Consulted a doctor
5. Not required, but we’d like to talk to you if you’ve used a prescription topical medication such as Flector Patch, Lidoderm, Voltaren Gel, or Pennsaid in the last 2 years

If you meet the requirements, you will be screened to qualify for the pre-test.

We’re looking for Smart TV or Google TV owners in the LA area to take part in in-home ethnographies this week.

Qualified and participating respondents will get $150 for the 1-hour, in-home interview.

Below is all of the relevant information, interested respondents should contact Qualitative Insights directly at 888-427-5830 and say it is regarding the “Home Electronics discussion.”

One of the main qualifications is the model of TV you own, so please know your TV model and make number when calling to be screened to see if you qualify.

What/When:

-In-home ethnographies this Friday (9/9) and next Monday/Tuesday (12/13th)
-1 hour interviews with ~ 3 people coming into your home to interview you and video tape
-Incentive $150

-Since these are in-person interviews we are IDEALLY are looking for people who live within a 30-45 minute drive of century city
-doing both daytime and evening interviews

Qualifications:

-Own a Google TV, or appropriate model of a LG or Samsung Smart TV. (You will be asked for model number during screening)

By Smart TV we mean: integration of the internet and Web 2.0 features into modern television sets and set-top boxes

-Use the TV for a variety of uses beyond just watching TV

-IDEALLY will have bought the TV in the past 6-12 months

Do you have a friend or family member who happens to be an Unacculturated or Semi Acculturated Hispanic Female and they might be interested in a 3 hour In Depth Interview (IDI) / Ethnography?

• Not participated in an interview or group discussion within past 6 months
• Be age 18+
• Be Hispanic/Latino
• Shopped at dollar stores 2+ times in the past 3 months
• Non-rejector of dollar stores (e.g., do not refuse to shop at dollar stores)
• Shopped at least 3 times across specified categories in the past month (will be discussed when they call)
• Would consider shopping at Dollar General

I need to ask dwelling type in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, & Chile. Normally I would ask:

My family In Mexico all generally live in between Medium sized home (1500-2500 square feet) and Large home (over 2500 square feet). It depends if there out in the country or Large city's.

Here's a new one:

We would like to recruit 5 friends/family to pretest our Mission Critical Server questionnaire on Wednesday 6/6.

Basic qualifications as follows:

• Must work in IT for a company with at least 250 employees
  
• Work for a company that hosts its mission critical applications (defined as application/workload is vital to the business’s health and if it goes down, the result is significant loss of revenue, customers, and/or company reputation) internally
  
• Primary/shared responsibility for purchasing servers for mission critical needs
  
• Not a security threat – i.e., no sensitive industry employment (computing, consulting, marketing research, advertising, public relations)

We plan on sending them the link by 11am on Wednesday, 6/6 and would want all participants to complete the interview and be available for a short debrief ASAP.

Potential respondents will be screened for qualifications and invited to participate if they qualify. The survey is about 20 minutes long and will be followed by a 10-15 minute debrief.

The incentive for this pre-test is $30.

• Bought a digital version (download or streaming) from a digital store such as iTunes, Amazon Instant Video or Playstation Network OR,
  
• Rented a digital version (download or stream) from a digital service such as iTunes, Amazon Instant Video or Playstation Network

GROUP 2:
In the past 6 months, has watched a new release movie (movies that became available for viewing in any way in the past 6 months) in any of the following ways:

• Downloaded for free or at a very small cost from an Internet site such as Rapidshare, Filestube or Filesonic OR,
  
• Streamed for free or at a very small cost from an Internet site such as Sockshare, 4shared or movie2k.to OR,

We are looking to recruit 3 Spanish speakers to take a 25 minute online survey in Spanish with a 15 minute follow up call in English.

The survey will need to be taken Tuesday afternoon/evening (8/21) followed by a quick call on Wednesday morning (8/22).

We are offering a $50 incentive for participation.

Respondent qualifications:

• Must be an unacculturated or bicultural Spanish speaker in the United States of Hispanic or Latino descent.
  
• Must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  
• Has not participated in facial tissue research in the past 3 months.
  
• Keeps facial tissue in the home regularly

We are looking for friends and family members who would like to participate in a quantitative study pretest.

Specifically, we are looking for tablet owners who are willing to complete a 20 minute online survey and then participate in a 10 minute follow-up discussion. Survey links will be sent to participants on Wednesday afternoon and a 10-minute follow up phone call will take place on Thursday morning.

We are looking for people who are:

• Age 15 to 59
  
• Must have bought tablet for themselves
  
• Tablet must have been purchased after March 2011

We are looking for 4 people for a pre-test this Thursday.

Specifically we hope to find 2 patients who had a surgery in the past year and 2 caregivers who cared for a patient in the past year.

Qualifications are as follows:
Patient
- Age 18-65
- Had surgery in the past year
- Stayed two nights in hospital

Caregiver
- Age 18-65
- Cared for patient in the past year
- Patient cared for had to stay two nights in hospital

Once respondents are screened, they will be sent a 20 minute online survey to complete. Then we will schedule time for a 30 minute follow-up call. For ~ 1 hour of their time they will receive $50.
