I can answer some of these questions.
1. I am not sure what exactly is going on.
2. ESPN
3. Yes might even need two leagues under the one league

We play 2 ten person promotion/relegation leagues. Top 3 of the 2nd division will be promoted to the Top flight of LARS fantasy football league.
You're welcome to join if you want, i think we have 3 more spots for the 2nd division open.
Championship Pot
Mandatory buy in for the top flight is $20 and the 2nd division will be $10.
Winner of the 2nd division will receive $60, 2nd place will receive $30 and 3rd will receive their buy in back
Winner of the 1st division will receive $120, 2nd place will receive $60 and 3rd place will receive their buy in back.
If we can all agree on a bigger buy in for any division I'm all for it, but the top flight has to be worth more than the lower, that's the only demand.
