COMPLETE BULLSHIT.
Ream started EVERY MINUTE of every league game and helped our team win.
Najar couldn't help the scum get out of last place.
COMPLETE BULLSHIT.

this is a little unorthodox and I know it is not my place to suggest something like this but....

what if we did a Tim Ream chant/song, but like a massive one in which the whole stadium was involved

we could hand out fliers or put them on every seat before/during the game?

Even with the Scum in the cellar of the league, in the worst stadium situation in the league, and with no way out, MLS HQ still can't stop licking DC's anus. Ream had that award stolen from him.

Who is in the jury?
Is it proper soccer people or the NFL people running and owning MLS?

I bet our guys win none of the other awards either. The team needs to use this as fuel for the fire: They don't respect us?! Fine we'll make them respect us.

wow EPIC Fail by MLS. Even Mwanga deserved the award more than this kid. The kid had 5 goals in MLS and 1 assist per his 2010 bio page. I'm curious what the justification is for picking him over Ream and Mwanga.

Ives tweet...

why ream lost

Some interesting early MLS award wins. Something tells me the fact players/coaches/gms vote in mid-season could play a role in some picks.

Bullshit. These voters are obviously dumb as shit. How Ricketts won GK of the year is beyond me, he was third best AT BEST.

you're telling me that the most important Defender on the best team in the Easter conference, lost to a promising Kid on the worse team in the league ? what a load of Alligator shit .
sigh, who to blame? who to blame? oh BACKE seems ideal .

if Tim Ream didn't exist, would you guys agree with this? would you guys say Mwanga was more deserving? But Tim exists, and he is a no brainer, future USMNT defender... this is kinda ridiculous.

I have a feeling Kreis is gonna get COTY over Backe too with the whole no DP's argument > 1st to worst.

whatever, hopefully we'll take what really matters in a few weeks. Individual accolades < club accomplishments.

Mwanga is more deserving than Najar. But Ream is most deserving of the three. Even without Metro-colored glasses on. Played every minute in the CENTER of a defense that recorded 13 shutouts! And only 13 fouls the whole year! What a fucking joke.

If they voted mid-season as Ives suggests, I think Hydman takes it. And Lindpere will lose Newcomer to Saborio.
