Dodgers will be profitable once again. They buy and make the Dodgers profitable it turns LA into a "Sports winning town"
My short list of owners I want would be Mark Cuban, AEG and Eli Broad.
Old rich guys are lining up to bid, that's for damn sure.

I'm partial towards Omalley. Then again he's nice to me.

"Angles" is/was trending in the US. Angels "fans" can't even spell their name right. smh.
Or jealous Dodgers/Cards/Marlins/etc fans can't spell Angels correctly.

I have 2 problems with this signing....I am not an Angel fan, so this view is strictly business/winning related.
1. I know why Artie offered 10 years and no trade clause. Get him under any means necessary type thing. What is the Angels success measure? Win 2 titles in 5 years? 4 in 10 years? I ask because the Angels may have a $25 million a year DH and will Angel fans still love him if this is the case and possibly no titles. We all know why Albert switched to the American league.
2. What made Pujols so successful in St. Louis was his ability to reek havoc on starting and relieving pitchers. Will inserting him in the lineup work? Does Artie trust Abreu, Hunter and Wells? How big does Trumbo now become as the leader in HR and RBI's last season? I feel that a mid-season trade/signing may be necessary based on first half production. Is Artie ready for Pujols to lay an egg?
3. Artie wanted to show up Ned Colleti.
This is going to be the story all year. I hope Pujols can handle the pressure...and the other 8 in the lineup.
