"Better overall player" is almost meaningless, since each player has a role to play. In our "system," Cooper will have to be hugely productive to prove himself a "better overall player" than Luke. I'm not saying he can't or won't, and I'm hoping he does, but Luke's direct production and overall contribution to the team last year were huge and will be difficult to top.

Are there seriously still people around here who doubt Luke's contributions to this team?

Good point and pretty soon not just training with someone but a short term (hopefully) loan agreement seems appropriate.

If you are some one that is still questioning Luke then you did not watch a lot of games last year out side of Th14 he was the best player on the team. Cooper vs. Luke I would go with Luke but Kenny will be grate when we need a goal. But with the way Kenney has started who nos he mite be in the starting lineup.

Something? Anybody? Bueller?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

If he doesn't come back, we better get allocation money!

Check out New York Red Bulls sale http://www.ebay.com/...N&soutkn=HtNoRd

Excellent mint condition 25,000 soccer stadium in rejuvenating area.

Excellent training facilities in Hanover and USL-Pro team to boot.

Needs owner (must be local) that will care for and love it.

Comes with the best fans that you will see in MLS, especially the South Ward, for putting up with incompetent foreign owners for such a long time. At no extra cost!

Condition of team is "IS AS", "for parts"or "not working".  Needs major upgrades and players to fill roster spots such as as DP to properly "replace" the legend, Thierry Henry, and a pair of quality starting center backs.

Will consider best offers such as revamped jersey designs remembering Metro, kit sponsors, and season ticket holder meetings.
