I gave up a while ago man. LA isn't getting football in the near future. All these teams do is just use us as a bargaining chip to get whatever they want.

On another note. You can all just ignore Chris. He hates the fact that his Chargers have been shitty and he takes it out on poor Phillip Rivers. It isn't his fault.

We are talking about AEG here, mother fuckers!

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which "unskilled people reach erroneous conclusions and make unfortunate choices but their incompetence robs them of the metacognitive ability to realize it." The unskilled therefore suffer from illusory superiority, rating their own ability as above average.

NFL changing the start of afternoon games to 1:25pm, an extra ten minutes to avoid overlapping games or as I see it, an extra 6minutes of ad time. $$$$

I like it: A quality bathroom break between the morning and afternoon games.

C'mon, Gs, make Omar your third DP already!

Never really supported an NFL team, not even when LA had the Raiders. I only support the teams that would cover my bets. But this season, I dunno, I was thinking about adopting a team. The Chargers? Only 100 something miles away from Jack Murphy Stadium? The 49ers? Another Cali team but NoCal and fuck NoCal. Apart from the gambling aspect, which is really more than enough at times, still never have anything invested in a team like I do with the G's. Any of you guys find yourself in this situation?

I went with my two friends choices. One is a Rams fan, the other a Broncos. To actually have a little more than mild interest, I put money down on both teams. Broncos are currently at 16 to 1 while the Rams are at 100 to 1. Gambling makes everything fun.

Just got DirecTV...

This means I won't have to force down oversalted, overfried, oversauced, overdried drumettes while Hooters waitresses pretend to flirt me into overtipping to enjoy a good Broncos game from the comfort of my home and in the presence of my family / farts...
