My SO and I would like to bring sandwiches and some snacks to the game tonight, would this qualify as the "modest" amount of food allowed into the Arena? Thanks.

Yes, we do it often. You can bring sealed water to, cap will be removed at the gate. Just no coolers. We do this often.
