Seattle ended up winning their game at Dick's. So the Gs are in 5th place with 33 points while Vancouver and Seattle each have 34 (Seattle has the better goal differential). Next Sunday the Gs are at the Refunders while the Whitecraps are idle. It'll be great if our guys can keep playing the way they have.

With San Jose dropping a few points recently, they are now on pace for 65 points.

If they maintain that pace, we can overtake them for the Supporters Shield if we can get 33 points from our last 11 games.

Best. Anthem. Ever.

I would like to start a petition that adds having to listen to this rendition of the anthem in that opressive Dallas weather as Dante's "10th circle of Hell". Not so sure that "They" hate us as much for our freedom once "They" listen to this. I bet little Harper thought she did great and mommy will be showing her performance at all the neighbohood lunch parties. Somewhere, Carl Lewis is actually breathing a sigh of relief.

Best. Anthem. Ever.

On the one hand, the kid is only 11, and she is never going to live this down. On the other hand, someone really should have explained to this young aspiring singer/songwriter that it's just not good form to sing your country's national anthem as if you're horrifically constipated and trying to take a dump.

The best part was the camera panning over all the "WTF? Really, WTFF?" expressions on the spectators and the Dallas players (so have some respect - the kid disrupted their pregame focus and therefore helped us win :P ).

C'mon, Gs, make Omar your third DP already!

It's been a long time since I've seen Bruce as happy as he was after this 1-0 win.

Up until the goal, Mike Magee was having a shitty game.

Omar and Lopes had little trouble dealing with the likes of Scott Sealy... but then again it was Scott Sealy...

Sarvas owned Daniel Hernandez all game. In fact the Sarvas/Juninho combo thoroughly outplayed the Hernandez/Jacobson combo. This was a huge factor and one of the main reasons why Dallas had tons of possession, but mostly in their own attacking third. It also made Ferreira a non-factor.

Gaul looks to be improving in the LB role. Offers a lot more going forward than Todd. I like this development...

Sean Franklin needs to work on crossing the ball if he's gonna play the RM position. Right now, Jimenez is a better option on that side...

Not having Blas Perez hurt Dallas and their back line without Ugo was very shaky in the first half.

Glad the G's were able to capitalize on this one..

If you're not creepin', you're not trying...

Saunders strikes me as a guy who doesn't mind sleeping on the floor.
