Isn't Guam part of the US in a sort-of kind of way? Anyway, they're surely not part of CONCACAF, so that's one better than Puerto Rico, and it's not like there's much chance they'd be in the US team's way.
But anyway, if Guam did get to to Brasil '14 with AJDLG's help, first, Good for him once again, and second, wouldn't that be like the US having two representatives there (assuming Klinsmann can get the regular squad there)?
