They aren't drawing for locations in respective countries. Just dates at chosen locations.
Mexico would be as upset as anyone, as Azteca's multitude of advantages could possibly not be a factor.

I have an inside source at US Soccer. He told me they are playing the Mexico match in either San Diego or the south of Texas. They will be selling two-for-one Groupons in the Mexican border towns to make sure the game is a sellout.Still confused...
